OKAPA Annual  Business Meeting: 
The OKAPA business meeting will take place at 12:50 pm on Friday, October 14, 2011.  Location: Hilton Garden Inn, Bartlesville, OK

If you wish to attend the business meeting, but are not able attend the Conference on Friday, please e-mail Nancy Wade at newade@cityofbartlesville.org and inform her that you will be attending the OKAPA business meeting so that seating will be available. It is anticipated that the business meeting will begin after lunch and the Keynote speaker - at approximately 12:50 pm.

Officer Elections

2011 Officer Elections will be by on-line ballot again this year - Nomination Deadline is now.
