The Oklahoma Chapter of the American Planning Association (OKAPA) is pleased to announce the publication of a training manual entitled Oklahoma Planning Commissioners Handbook. 

The document is the product of a statewide volunteer effort to provide the State's planning commissioners with up-to-date and pragmatic reference materials concerning the practice of land use planning in Oklahoma.
