OKAPA Launches Chapter Strategic Planning Effort

In 2011, the OKAPA Chapter received a grant from APA to conduct a Chapter Strategic Planning effort.  The focal point of the effort will produce a policy framework and action plan for board and organization development, chapter operations, and program  planning.

This project will enable the OKAPA leadership to:

  1. Establish the skills and procedures to more effectively meet CPC’s Minimum Chapter Performance Criteria;

  2. Align new and existing OKAPA programs with the APA Development Plan; and

  3. Develop a growth plan and relationships to ensure long-term program delivery and financial self-sufficiency
